Nissan
Skyline GT-R (R34)
Story
The Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34) is Kaido House's silver version with the "Kaido Works Shinjuku V1" livery. It was designed by Jun Imai.
Kaido House is the project of Jun Imai, a former Hot Wheels designer. Imai builds a fictional Japanese tuning universe around his models, and "Kaido Works" is one of the imaginary tuning shops in that universe. The designs draw on Japan's kaido-racer / street-racing culture: aggressive widebody kits, deep wheels, bold liveries. The "Shinjuku" theme is a nod to that famous Tokyo district of nightlife and street racing.
The model is made through the Kaido House × Mini GT collaboration.
