Sipworth Gizlilik Politikası
Sipworth ("uygulama", "biz"), bir ev barı malzeme dolabını yönetmeyi ve yapay zeka ile kokteyl ve alkolsüz içecek tarifleri oluşturmayı sağlayan bir Android uygulamasıdır. Bu politika; uygulamanın hangi verileri işlediğini, bunu neden yaptığını ve kimlerle paylaştığını açıklar. Uygulama bireysel bir geliştirici tarafından işletilir. 1. Hesap yok, ad yok, e-posta yok
Sipworth kayıt olmanızı veya giriş yapmanızı istemez. Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı ya da sizi doğrudan tanımlayan herhangi bir kişisel bilgiyi toplamaz. Günlük kullanım sınırlarını uygulayabilmek için uygulama, Firebase Authentication üzerinden sizi anonim olarak oturum açtırır; bu, uygulama kurulumunuza bağlı rastgele ve anonim bir tanımlayıcı üretir. Bu tanımlayıcı gerçek kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmez. Uygulamayı yeniden kurmak yenisini oluşturur.
2. Yalnızca cihazınızda saklananlar
Malzeme dolabınız ve kaydettiğiniz tarifler, cihazınızda uygulamanın özel deposunda yerel olarak saklanır. Bu içerik sunucularımıza yüklenmez. Uygulamayı kaldırırsanız veya Ayarlar'daki "Verileri Sıfırla" seçeneğini kullanırsanız bu yerel içerik silinir. Cihazınızda Android'in kendi yedekleme özelliği açıksa, bu yerel içerik cihaz yedeğinizin bir parçası olarak Google hesabınıza kopyalanabilir; bu, Android'in bir işlevidir ve cihaz ayarlarınızdan yönetilir.
Bir tarifi paylaştığınızda, paylaşılacak görsel cihazınızda geçici bir dosya olarak oluşturulur ve yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz uygulamaya iletilir. Bu görsel bize gönderilmez.

4. Reklamcılık
Sipworth'te gösterilen tek reklam biçimi, ek tarif ya da tarama hakkı
kazanmak için izlemeyi kendiniz seçtiğiniz ödüllü video reklamlardır ve
Google AdMob aracılığıyla sunulur. Uygulamada banner ya da geçiş reklamı
yoktur; hiçbir reklam siz istemeden açılmaz.
AdMob, reklamları sunmak ve ölçmek için cihazınızın reklam
tanımlayıcısını kullanabilir. Reklam tanımlayıcınızı sıfırlayabilir veya
kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları istediğiniz zaman Android cihaz
ayarlarınızdan (Ayarlar > Gizlilik > Reklamlar; konum
cihaza göre değişir) kapatabilirsiniz. Google'ın, hizmetlerini kullanan
uygulamalardan elde edilen verileri nasıl kullandığını şu adreste
öğrenebilirsiniz:

5. İşleme amaçları ve veri konumu
Yukarıdaki veriler, uygulamanın temel işlevini sağlamak ve hizmeti sınırlı reklamcılıkla sürdürülebilir kılmak için işlenir. Veriler Google tarafından, ülkenizin dışında (Amerika Birleşik Devletleri dahil) bulunabilecek altyapılarda işlenebilir.
Google'ın rolü kullandığımız hizmete göre değişir. Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions ve Crashlytics için Google bizim adımıza ve talimatımızla çalışan bir veri işleyendir. Google AdMob ve Firebase Analytics için ise Google, bu verileri kendi amaçları doğrultusunda da işleyen ayrı bir veri sorumlusudur; bu işlemeler Google'ın kendi politikalarına tabidir. 6. Çocuklar
Sipworth, alkollü içeceklere dair referanslar içerir ve yalnızca yetişkinler içindir. Çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız. Uygulama, Google Play'de yetişkinlere yönelik bir içerik derecelendirmesiyle yayımlanır; Play, uygulamayı bu derecelendirmenin altındaki yaş gruplarına yönelik hesaplarda göstermez.
7. Tercihleriniz
- Yerel dolabınızı ve kayıtlı tariflerinizi silmek için uygulamanın Ayarlar bölümündeki "Verileri Sıfırla"yı kullanın.
- Tüm yerel verileri silmek için uygulamayı kaldırın.
- Cihaz ayarlarınızdan reklam tanımlayıcınızı sıfırlayın veya sınırlayın.
- Şişe tarama yalnızca siz başlattığınızda çalışır. Fotoğrafı, cihazınızın kendi kamera uygulaması ya da galeri seçicisi üzerinden siz verirsiniz; uygulama fotoğraf kitaplığınıza kendiliğinden erişmez. Bu özelliği hiç kullanmasanız da uygulamanın geri kalanı çalışır.
8. Haklarınız
Kişisel verilerinize erişme, bunları düzeltme, silme, işlenmesine itiraz etme ve taşınabilirlik haklarına sahipsiniz. Ancak Sipworth sizden ad, e-posta adresi veya benzeri bir kimlik bilgisi toplamadığı için, bize ulaşan bir talebi belirli bir kullanıcıyla eşleştirmemiz teknik olarak mümkün değildir. Bu, verilerinizi korumak adına bilinçli bir tercihtir.
Buna karşılık, uygulamanın tuttuğu her şeyi bizden bağımsız olarak kendiniz silebilirsiniz: cihazınızdaki dolabınız ve kayıtlı tarifleriniz için Ayarlar bölümündeki "Verileri Sıfırla" seçeneğini kullanın ya da uygulamayı kaldırın. Sunucu tarafındaki kullanım sayaçları, ayrıca bir işlem yapmanıza gerek kalmadan 60 gün içinde otomatik olarak silinir.
9. Veri saklama
Kullanım sayaçları her gün için ayrı bir kayıt olarak tutulur ve bu kayıtlar oluşturulmalarından 60 gün sonra otomatik olarak silinir. Ödüllü reklam doğrulama kayıtları 7 gün sonra otomatik olarak silinir. Her ikisi de Firestore'un otomatik silme (TTL) mekanizmasıyla, müdahaleye gerek kalmadan temizlenir. Analiz ve çökme verileri, Google Firebase'in varsayılan saklama sürelerine tabidir; bu süreler üzerinde bir değişiklik yapmadık. Şişe görselleri işlendikten sonra saklanmaz. Yerel dolap ve tarif verileri, siz silene kadar cihazınızda kalır.
10. Güvenlik
Uygulama ile sunucularımız arasındaki tüm iletişim şifreli HTTPS bağlantıları kullanır. Yapay zeka istekleri, işlemeden önce uygulama bütünlüğünü (Firebase App Check) ve anonim kimliği doğrulayan sunucumuz üzerinden yönlendirilir. Yapay zeka sağlayıcısının API anahtarı uygulamaya hiçbir zaman dahil edilmez ve cihazınıza asla açık edilmez.
11. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Uygulama geliştikçe bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler, yeni bir "Son güncelleme" tarihiyle burada yansıtılır. Bir güncellemeden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, gözden geçirilmiş politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Sipworth Privacy Policy
Sipworth ("the app", "we", "us") is an Android application that helps you manage a home bar ingredient cabinet and generate cocktail and mocktail recipes using AI. This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and with whom it is shared. The app is operated by an individual developer (hereafter "the developer"). You can reach the developer at the contact address at the end of this policy.
1. No account, no name, no email
Sipworth does not ask you to sign up or sign in. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any directly identifying personal information. To enforce daily usage limits, the app signs you in anonymously through Firebase Authentication, which generates a random anonymous identifier tied to your app installation. This identifier is not linked to your real identity. Reinstalling the app generates a new one.
2. What the app stores on your device only
Your ingredient cabinet and your saved recipes are stored locally on your device in the app's private storage. This content is not uploaded to our servers. If you uninstall the app or use the "Reset Data" option in Settings, this local content is deleted. If Android's own backup feature is enabled on your device, this local content may be copied to your Google account as part of your device backup; that is an Android function and is managed from your device settings.
When you share a recipe, the image to be shared is created as a temporary file on your device and handed only to the app you choose. That image is not sent to us.

We do not include your ingredient lists, recipe content, or any free text you enter inside analytics events. Bottle photos are used only to produce a recognition result and are not retained on our servers after the request is served.
4. Advertising
The only form of advertising in Sipworth is rewarded video ads that you
choose to watch in order to earn additional recipe or scan requests, served
through Google AdMob. There are no banner or interstitial ads in the app,
and no ad ever appears unless you ask for it.
AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to serve and measure
ads. You can
reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized advertising at
any time in your Android device settings, under
Settings > Privacy > Ads (the exact location varies by
device). Learn how Google uses data from apps that use its services at

5. Purpose of processing and data location
The data above is processed to provide the app's core functionality and to keep the service sustainable through limited advertising. Data is processed by Google on infrastructure that may be located outside your country, including the United States.
Google's role differs by service. For Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions and Crashlytics, Google acts as a data processor on our behalf and on our instructions. For Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics, Google is a separate controller that also processes the data for its own purposes, subject to Google's own policies. 6. Children
Sipworth contains references to alcoholic beverages and is intended for adults only. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from children. The app is published on Google Play with an adult content rating, and Play does not surface it to accounts below that rating.
7. Your choices
- Use "Reset Data" in the app's Settings to erase your local cabinet and saved recipes.
- Uninstall the app to remove all local data.
- Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
- Bottle scanning runs only when you start it. You supply the photo through your device's own camera app or gallery picker; the app does not access your photo library on its own. The rest of the app works whether or not you ever use this feature.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to the processing of, and port your personal data. However, because Sipworth collects no name, email address or comparable identifying information from you, it is technically impossible for us to match a request that reaches us to a specific user. This is a deliberate choice made in order to protect your data.
In exchange, you can delete everything the app holds yourself, without going through us: use "Reset Data" in Settings, or uninstall the app, to erase the cabinet and saved recipes on your device. The usage counters on the server are deleted automatically within 60 days, with no action needed from you.
9. Data retention
Usage counters are kept as a separate record per day, and each record is deleted automatically 60 days after it is created. Rewarded-ad verification records are deleted automatically after 7 days. Both are cleaned up by Firestore's automatic deletion (TTL) mechanism, with no manual step. Analytics and crash data are subject to Google Firebase's default retention periods, which we have not altered. Bottle images are not stored after processing. Local cabinet and recipe data remain on your device until you delete them.
10. Security
All communication between the app and our servers uses encrypted HTTPS connections. AI requests are routed through our server, which verifies app integrity (Firebase App Check) and the anonymous identity before processing. The AI provider's API key is never included in the app and is never exposed to your device.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
