Someone who went to basketball courses in elementary school, won awards in science projects in middle school, formed a music group in high school, had adventures abroad in university, or got a house and a car before turning 30... That I wasn't. I couldn't do any of these.

In my elementary school years, I was someone who played games on devices we called Atari, which were actually imitation Nintendos, and spent time in the streets playing sports cards, bottle caps, and tazos. I was introduced to computers in middle school. I continued playing games, listening to music, making small remixes, and getting interested in programming. In high school, I was a DJ with regular shows on internet radios. I kept learning about computers, browsing forums, and reading everything I found. During my university years, I was giving programming courses at the club I was a part of.

Immediately after university, I started two master's programs with dreams of becoming an academic. During this process, I worked as an IT and Software teacher for 2 years. I was a lecturer at the National Defense University (compulsory military service) for 1 year. Then, I dropped the master's programs. In September 2019, I transitioned into the IT sector. Since then, I have been working as a Linux system administrator.

I am someone who absolutely loves listening to music, a huge Formula 1 fan, enjoys playing video games and board games, and rides a bicycle. I also have a podcast called Gerekli Detay, which I highly recommend. :)
